    • Design and own a rigorous, repeatable process for sourcing, assessing, and prioritising strategic partnership opportunities.
    • Lead partnership opportunities involving third-party platforms and technologies, including product integrations that enhance product value and accelerate user growth.
  • M&A

    • Build the M&A funnel and ensure Flo has strong visibility on all M&A activity in the space
    • Lead comprehensive due diligence processes spanning financial, commercial, technical, medical/regulatory, and cultural considerations
    • Own end-to-end deal execution, including transaction structuring and negotiations to maximise strategic and financial value.
    • Drive post-acquisition integration planning and execution to ensure successful outcomes and realisation of expected synergies.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams during exploration and deal execution, including legal, medical, finance, product, and engineering teams
    • Develop and present comprehensive, data-driven business cases for strategic initiatives to the executive team
    • Build, lead, and develop a small, high-performing corporate development team over time.
