Join our Health, Localisation, and Internationalisation team as a Senior Product Analyst. Working closely with Product Managers, UX Researchers, Designers, and Engineers to support data-driven decision-making across the product.

  • Identifying new growth opportunities, including underserved user segments, use cases, and regions with high potential for product expansion.
  • Helping the team understand which company-level goals can be influenced through experimentation, defining relevant proxy metrics, and monitoring them over time.
  • Supporting hypothesis formulation and prioritization using data: estimating segment sizes, potential impact, expected uplift, and defining clear success metrics, while accounting for user behavior patterns.
  • Helping the team prioritize ideas and initiatives based on expected impact, confidence level, and effort.
  • Evaluating experiment results in terms of their overall impact on core product metrics, not just local effects.
  • Translating analysis results into clear, actionable recommendations for the team and stakeholders.

At least 5+ years of work experience as a Data/ Product Analyst;

  • Experience with A/B testing, knowledge of statistics for A/B testing;
  • Advanced SQL/Python / R for data analysis;
  • Experience in data visualization in Python/ Looker /Tableau or similar.
