Flo is used by 1 in 4 women aged 18–44 in the US. We’re hiring Engineering Managers in London to lead a squad building the next generation of privacy-first, AI-powered health tools - and shipping them to a global audience.

  • Set direction, ship fast, own outcomes
  • Champion engineering quality, speed and autonomy
  • 6+ years coding in Scala, Java, Kotlin or Objective-C/Swift
  • Experience building distributed systems at scale
  • Solid track record of hiring, mentoring and building inclusive cultures
  • Deep understanding of software engineering best practices and agile delivery
  • Exposure to ML or data-powered products
  • Full-stack experience
  • Hands-on with CI/CD and DevOps tooling
  • A/B testing know-how
