We’re looking for a highly organised and people-oriented Office Administrator to support daily operations in our London office. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring office presence Monday to Friday.
Your Experience
- Around 12 months of experience in an office-based, administrative, or customer-facing role (e.g. Office Assistant, Receptionist, or similar)
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with basic admin tasks and coordinating with others
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, is a plus
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and support different tasks
- Ability to stay calm and positive in a busy environment
What you’ll be doing
- Office Support (Core Focus): Support the day-to-day running of the London office alongside the Office Manager, welcome visitors, assist with managing office supplies, help keep the office tidy, support with setting up desks, equipment, and meeting rooms, assist with shipments and deliveries for team members.
- Team & Administrative Support: Help with onboarding and offboarding tasks, support internal events, assist with maintaining office inventory, provide basic support to IT and People teams when needed, take on ad-hoc tasks to support the team.
Annual Salary Range £27,000 - £33,000 GBP
