In this role you will lead Flo’s growth into the perimenopause category, shaping integrated campaigns that build category leadership and drive revenue.
You’ll work with Brand, Creative, Product Marketing, Growth, PR, Influencers, and Social teams to translate strategy into high-impact activation.

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns for the perimenopause category from positioning through asset production and performance review
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across Brand, PR/Comms, Creative, Product Marketing, Influencers, and Organic Social
- Manage the campaign calendar and prioritize cultural moments and competitive timing
- Identify new channel and partnership opportunities to build reach and category credibility
- Oversee budgets and work with Analytics to track installs and revenue, optimizing spend for impact
- Ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all campaign touchpoints
- Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns for consumer brands or apps
- Experience launching or scaling a commercial product/category in a competitive market
- Strong cross-functional experience managing creative production and multiple stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with a track record of measuring campaign performance and budget management
