As a Game Designer, you’ll craft intuitive casual game experiences that support cognitive longevity while driving engagement and retention. You’ll design core mechanics that are easy to understand, satisfying to interact with, and meaningful to return to — every day. You’ll work at the intersection of game design, behavioral science, and product thinking.

Your Experience

Must have:

  • Experience designing casual or hyper-casual games
  • Strong systems thinking with a simplicity-first mindset
  • Understanding of retention mechanics and player motivation
  • Comfort working with product metrics and A/B tests
  • Clear communication and structured documentation skills
  • Interest in cognitive health or behavioral science
  • Familiarity with mobile development (Unity is a plus)

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Designing simple, intuitive casual game mechanics
  • Developing and iterating on engaging core loops
  • Balancing progression and difficulty scaling
  • Creating clear, structured, actionable game design documentation
  • Collaborating closely with product, analytics, and development teams
  • Improving mechanics using data insights and user feedback
  • Running experiments and contribute to A/B testing initiatives
