This is a first-of-its-kind new role at Flo Health. As VP of Corporate Development, you will be a strategic member of the CFO’s team, responsible for driving the company's inorganic growth strategy.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Mapping long-term growth opportunities and driving strategic planning
- Identifying and structuring distribution partnerships to increase customer acquisition and unlock new channels
- Partnering with third-party platforms and technologies for product integrations to enhance value and growth
- Building and managing a pipeline of potential acquisitions to enable user base growth and market entry
Your Experience Must have:
- 10+ years of experience in corporate development, M&A, or investment banking
- Proven track record of executing scaled M&A transactions from sourcing to integration
- Strong communication skills within product and engineering teams on complex projects
- Strategic vision with excellent cross-functional execution skills
- Deep understanding of technology business models; knowledge of digital health and subscription markets is a plus
- Financial acumen with knowledge of valuation and deal structuring
