The job involves owning Flo's predicted Lifetime Value (pLTV) platform across iOS, Android, and Web. pLTV is integral to user acquisition bidding, budget allocation, creative-testing prioritisation, finance forecasting, and roadmap decisions across the organisation. You will work with a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and data engineers running Flo's production pLTV models for both short-horizon and long-horizon predictions. Your responsibilities include driving accuracy improvements, expanding signal coverage, and extending pLTV's reach into new decision domains.

Your experience should include:

  • Proven experience owning machine-learning or data-driven products in production.
  • Strong fit for current Product Managers; also open to Engineering Managers, ML Engineers, or tech leads ready to transition into a PM role.
  • Hands-on delivery instincts, comfortable in Jira and strategic planning.
  • Partnership with data science and machine-learning engineering teams.
  • Strong analytical fluency, including SQL proficiency.
  • Ability to influence senior cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Nice to have:

  • Working knowledge of mobile and web user acquisition.
  • Hands-on experience with mobile attribution platforms and modern measurement frameworks.
  • Exposure to Marketing Mix Modeling and causal inference techniques.
  • Familiarity with feature stores and modern MLOps tooling.
  • Background in subscription-app, health & wellness, or femtech domains.

What you'll be doing includes:

  • Owning Flo's pLTV product roadmap across platforms.
  • Partnering with data scientists and engineers on feature strategy.
  • Operating rigorous release discipline.
  • Investigating model quality issues with data scientists and analysts.
  • Scaling Flo's agentic ML experimentation system.
  • Acting as the primary product partner to User Acquisition leadership.
  • Reporting model performance and strategic recommendations.
  • Contributing to Flo's next-generation measurement stack.

Annual Salary Range: £92,000 - £115,000 GBP (ranges may vary based on skills and experience).
