We’re looking for a highly organised and people-oriented Office Manager to lead daily operations in our London office. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring office presence Monday to Friday.
Qualifications
- Around 1 year of experience in an Office Manager, Office Assistant, Receptionist, or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, can-do attitude
- Good organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable handling basic documentation and coordinating with vendors
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, and Excel
- Willingness to learn, take ownership, and support different tasks
- Ability to stay calm and helpful in a busy environment
- Experience working in an international or multicultural environment is a plus
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operations of the London office, helping to create a smooth and welcoming workplace
- Act as the first point of contact at reception, greeting visitors and supporting employees
- Help manage office supplies, food, vendors, equipment, and general logistics
- Assist in keeping the office organised, well-stocked, and running efficiently
- Help organise deliveries and equipment shipments for remote team members
- Support the IT team with basic on-site equipment needs
- Assist with managing swag and office inventory
- Support onboarding and off-boarding processes together with People Ops and IT
- Help organise team activities, events, and wellbeing initiatives
- Take on ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the team and keep the office running smoothly
