Responsibilities
- Support the day‑to‑day operations of the London office, helping to create a smooth and welcoming workplace
- Act as the first point of contact at reception, greeting visitors and supporting employees
- Help manage office supplies, food, vendors, equipment, and general logistics
- Assist in keeping the office organised, well‑stocked, and running efficiently
- Help organise deliveries and equipment shipments for remote team members
- Support the IT team with basic on‑site equipment needs
- Assist with managing swag and office inventory
- Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes together with People Ops and IT
- Help organise team activities, events, and wellbeing initiatives
- Take on ad‑hoc tasks as needed to support the team and keep the office running smoothly
