We’re looking for a highly organised and people-oriented Senior Office Manager to lead daily operations in our London office. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring office presence Monday to Friday.
Your Experience
- Must have:
- 4+ years of experience as an Office Manager;
- Strong ownership, interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude;
- Excellent organisational, time-management, and multitasking abilities;
- Comfortable working with documentation and vendor coordination;
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, and Excel;
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm in dynamic environments;
- Experience working in multicultural, international environment;
- Experience with corporate travel coordination or tools (e.g., TravelPerk, Concur);
What You’ll Be Doing
- Office Management (Core Focus):
- Own the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the London office, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and welcoming workplace experience;
- Lead office operations end-to-end, including facilities, food supplies, vendors, equipment, and logistics;
- Act as the primary point of accountability for the office, proactively identifying risks, improvements, and opportunities to scale operations;
- Build and manage relationships with vendors and service providers;
- Organise deliveries and equipment shipments for remote team members;
- Ensure full compliance with UK health & safety and workplace regulations;
- Support the IT team with minor onsite equipment needs;
- Oversee swag inventory and manage distribution to employees;
- Partner with People Ops and IT to support onboarding, offboarding, and employee experience initiatives;
- Shape and continuously improve office processes, standards, and ways of working;
- Support local team-building activities, events, and wellbeing initiatives aligned with company values;
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed to keep the office running smoothly.
Annual Salary Range
£50,000 - £56,000 GBP
