We are looking for a highly organised and people-oriented Office Manager to lead daily operations in our London office. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring office presence Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

  • Around 1 year of experience in an Office Manager, Office Assistant, Receptionist, or similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Good organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail
  • Comfortable handling basic documentation and coordinating with vendors
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, and Excel
  • Willingness to learn, take ownership, and support different tasks
  • Ability to stay calm and helpful in a busy environment
  • Experience working in an international or multicultural environment is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the London office, helping to create a smooth and welcoming workplace
  • Act as the first point of contact at reception, greeting visitors and supporting employees
  • Help manage office supplies, food, vendors, equipment, and general logistics
  • Assist in keeping the office organised, well-stocked, and running efficiently
  • Help organise deliveries and equipment shipments for remote team members
  • Support the IT team with basic on-site equipment needs
  • Assist with managing swag and office inventory
  • Support onboarding and off-boarding processes together with People Ops and IT
  • Help organise team activities, events, and wellbeing initiatives
  • Take on ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the team and keep the office running smoothly
