Qualifications

  • Around 1 year of experience in an Office Manager, Office Assistant, Receptionist, or similar role

Responsibilities

  • Support the day‑to‑day operations of the London office, helping to create a smooth and welcoming workplace
  • Act as the first point of contact at reception, greeting visitors and supporting employees
  • Help manage office supplies, food, vendors, equipment, and general logistics
  • Assist in keeping the office organised, well‑stocked, and running efficiently
  • Help organise deliveries and equipment shipments for remote team members
  • Support the IT team with basic on‑site equipment needs
  • Assist with managing swag and office inventory
  • Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes together with People Ops and IT
  • Help organise team activities, events, and wellbeing initiatives
  • Take on ad‑hoc tasks as needed to support the team and keep the office running smoothly

Salary

£43,000 - £50,000 GBP
