Flo is the world’s #1 health & fitness app on a mission to build a better future for female health. We are looking for an ambitious, creative, and purpose-driven Integrated Campaign Manager to join Flo’s Brand team on a mission to elevate the brand’s positive impact initiatives — spanning education and empowerment, trust and transparency, and medical credibility and innovation.
This is an exciting opportunity to help bring Flo’s purpose to life through culturally resonant, insight-led campaigns that show how we’re driving change for women’s health globally. You’ll play a key role in shaping how Flo shows up in the world — translating brand belief into tangible, emotional, and high-performing work.
Your Experience
- 4+ years of experience in campaign planning and execution for consumer brands or apps.
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-channel brand campaigns — from ideation and creative development to launch and performance review.
- Strong experience working cross-functionally (Creative, Product Marketing, Growth, Social Growth, PR & UA) to ensure campaign cohesion and reach.
- Deep understanding of the cultural and social landscape — with the ability to identify moments and movements where Flo can authentically participate.
- Experience working on campaigns tied to purpose, education, or impact — ideally in health, wellness, or tech.
- Confident in managing creative production workflows, internal and external teams, and multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset — experienced in tracking campaign performance, reporting results, and iterating for improvement.
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation, with a focus on efficient, high-impact execution.
- Strong understanding of female audiences and issues surrounding women’s health, privacy, and empowerment.
Nice to have:
- Experience within healthtech, femtech, or wellness sectors, with a focus on protecting user’s health data and privacy.
- Previous exposure to advocacy, education, or CSR-style campaigns that blend brand storytelling with cultural relevance.
What you’ll be doing
- Plan and execute integrated brand campaigns that bring Flo’s positive impact initiatives to life across channels — from concept to launch and measurement.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across Brand, PR/Comms, Creative, Product Marketing, CRM, and Organic Social to ensure every campaign lands with impact and consistency.
- Build messaging and creative strategies that drive word of mouth and organic reach rooted in Flo’s core brand narratives.
- Manage campaign asset production and execution, ensuring creative excellence and a cohesive user experience across all touchpoints.
- Manage the campaign calendar, identifying key high-impact cultural and business moments to activate around.
- Identify and manage new executional and channel opportunities for high-reach impact, including brand partnerships, merchandise, and guerrilla stunts.
- Manage campaign budgets prioritising investments that deliver both organic buzz and measurable impact.
How we work
We’re a mission-led, product-driven team. We move fast, stay focused and take ownership – from brief to build to impact. Debate is encouraged. Decisions are shared. We care about craft, ship with purpose, and always raise the bar.
You’ll be working with people who take their work seriously, not themselves. It takes commitment, resilience, and the drive to keep going when things get tough. Because better health outcomes are worth it.
What you’ll get
- Competitive salary and annual reviews.
- Opportunity to participate in Flo’s performance incentive scheme.
- Paid holiday, sick leave, and female health leave.
- Enhanced parental leave and pay for maternity, paternity, same-sex and adoptive parents.
- Accelerated professional growth through world-changing work and learning support.
- In-person collaboration and work in a hybrid model, with 3 days per week spent in the office.
- 5-week fully paid sabbatical at 5-year Floversary.
- Flo Premium for friends & family, plus more health, pension and wellbeing perks.
