The job

Flo is growing quickly, and we’re constantly enhancing our users’ monetization experience. Our commercial team is looking for a new product analyst to help with this.

As a data analyst at Flo, you will play a significant role in influencing our product and monetization growth. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by working closely with the product team. We are looking for a senior data analyst, who will be working on:

Responsibilities

• Create data-driven strategies to increase the growth of Flo users and subscribers. Identify new growth opportunities for different markets and segments.
• Develop and refine unit economics models to analyze and optimize the financial performance of our products, helping to guide strategic decision-making.
• Work closely with product managers, providing and supporting data analysis and expertise.
• Designing, supporting, and finalizing A/B test results.
• Assist in prioritizing projects and initiatives.
• Create scalable data pipelines and dashboards to enable efficient tracking of business performance.

Must have

• At least 5+ years of work experience as a Data / Product Analyst.
• Advanced experience with A/B testing, knowledge of statistics for A/B testing.
• Advanced SQL.
• Experience in data visualization in Looker / Tableau or similar.

Nice to have

• Experience in subscription business.
• Experience in mentoring other analysts.
• Experience in evangelizing analytical tools and best practices.
• Experience in working with Looker as BI analyst.
