We are a small rapidly growing company, and our field service engineer's provide warranty servicing and customer care to some of the world’s largest manufacturers of these products.

We cover the whole of the UK with full-time employed, home-based engineers supported by a team of friendly folk, working at our offices in Yorkshire.

About the job Our field service engineers drive around in vans and inspect installations, report on faults and fix problems on behalf of our clients.

Communication is really important at Flo – we talk to each other all the time, so even though our field service engineers work on their own, they get the support they need and are part of a team.

We share good practice continuously and keep up with the requirements for servicing new products as they arrive on the market.

We’re currently looking for a field service engineer who lives in the Peterborough, Leicester, Rugby or Northampton area.

About you It’s more important to Flo that you have the right attitude than the experience, but there are a few things we’re definitely looking for:

  • You will have a positive, can-do approach to problem solving
  • You are a practical person, capable of using measuring instruments and basic hand tools (training will be provided)
  • You love driving and have a good driving record.
  • You can write clear emails and reports.

We will show you how we do it, but we’re looking for someone who has decent basic English skills And if you have previous plumbing experience or you’ve been a service engineer before, then that would be really exciting.
