At FläktGroup, we’re looking for a Service Engineer to join our regional team and support a wide portfolio of clients with both planned and reactive engineering support. What You’ll Be Doing
- Attend client sites to provide expert technical assistance and engineering support.
- Carry out PPM, repairs, refurbishments, modifications, and commissioning of HVAC plant and equipment.
- Respond to emergency call-outs as part of a regional rota with 4-hour SLA response times.
- Prepare on-site risk assessments to support a safe working environment.
- Spot service enhancement opportunities and pass on sales leads.
- Support and guide apprentices and trainees in their development.
- Contribute to the upkeep of F Gas compliance using our digital tracking system.
What You Bring
- City & Guilds 2079 or NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
- F-Gas Qualification (C&G 2079-11) 1/2 2/2.
- Full UK driving licence (max 6 points, no pending cases).
- Extensive A/C service experience, including VRV, VRF, chillers, splits & close control systems.
- Strong fault-finding ability and excellent communication skills.
- Confidence working independently with solid IT knowledge (Excel, Word, email, databases).
- The postholder will be required to complete security checks, DBS, and other clearances as necessary.

- PASMA / MEWP certification.

- Manual handling and Safe Pass training.
