What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver Projects – Lead day-to-day execution, ensuring projects meet technical, commercial, and quality expectations.
- Drive Improvements – Identify efficiencies, manage change, and maximise value through proactive optimisation.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with Sales, Planning, Finance, Technical, and Contract teams to ensure aligned delivery.
- Maintain Performance & Control – Monitor timelines, budgets, risks, and compliance to keep projects on track.
- Lead Teams – Coordinate site, commissioning, and project teams to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.
- Resolve Challenges – Step in to stabilise or recover projects, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Support Growth – Contribute to resource planning, strategic initiatives, and future project opportunities.
- Develop Capability – Mentor team members and promote best practice through knowledge sharing and training.
What You Bring
- Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or similar
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
- Experience
- 10+ years’ experience in Data Centres, Industrial Cooling, or a mission-critical environment
- Proven success managing large-scale, complex projects
- Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
