Flixton Girls School is seeking a reliable, approachable, and proactive Casual Recreational Attendant to help oversee facility use during out-of-hours lettings.

What You’ll Do

  • Open and close the school site for external lettings (evenings/weekends)
  • Ensure facilities are safe, clean, and ready for use
  • Act as a point of contact for hirers
  • Basic preparation of food/ drink items
  • Serving of hot and cold beverages and pre-cooked food
  • Serving customers in a polite and friendly manner
  • Report any issues and assist with basic troubleshooting

Hours: Casual, as and when required – mostly evenings and weekends. Flexible 5 - 10 hours per week.

What We’re Looking For Someone who

  • Is friendly, punctual, and reliable
  • Must be physically able to conduct manual handling duties
  • Is able to work independently and with initiative
  • Has basic knowledge of building safety and hygience standards is an advantage (training provided)

Paid at an hourly rate of £12.65 for the hours worked.

Holiday pay is provided at a rate of 12.07% of hours worked, paid in addition to the hourly rate, to reflect entitlement to statutory annual leave.
