As we enter our next phase of rapid global expansion, we are looking for an ambitious, highly autonomous Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead net‑new logo acquisition and maximise high‑value enterprise growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will hunt globally, orchestrate complex commercial bids, and command the attention of C‑level executives at some of the most enviable brands on earth.
The Role: What You’ll Do
- Drive Global New Logo Wins: Secure net-new enterprise brands and expand footprint within targeted global accounts, operating with high autonomy alongside the CCO.
- Lead Complex Commercial Bids & RFPs: Structure, negotiate, and close high-volume, complex sales contracts at the CXO level, ensuring robust commercial alignment and margin protection.
- Master the Enterprise Funnel: Own the end-to-end sales cycle; from proactive lead generation to closing – maintaining absolute data integrity within Salesforce to manage a multi-million-pound pipeline.
- Expand Executive Footprint: Map out complex stakeholder landscapes within existing and target brands to reach all digital budget holders, ensuring Flixmedia is top-of-mind for all online initiatives.
- Seamless Cross-Functional Handovers: Collaborate with internal technical and office support teams to ensure newly won business is onboarded flawlessly.

- Proven experience of Digital/Online Sales Expertise: A proven track record selling digital marketing, SaaS, or e-commerce technology solutions directly to online divisions of global enterprise brands.
- Verifiable £1M+ Seven-Figure Track Record: Evidence of consistently exceeding an annual new business target of over £1M at a senior/CXO level.
- Commercial & RFP Rigor: Advanced negotiation skills with deep experience dissecting complex RFPs, constructing sophisticated business cases, and defending value during contract closures.
- International Navigation: Experience working across diverse cultures and business practices, with the willingness to travel globally to lead top-level client presentations.
- Analytical & Data-Driven: Highly numerate and analytical, with advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and strategic pipeline forecasting.
