We are the UKs fastest growing intercity coach network and are looking to expand our operations team. The UKs intercity coach market is being revolutionised by the launch of Flixbus. We are now looking to expand our strong, dynamic and ambitious team to support our growth. We are searching for a driven, passionate and experienced Senior Operations Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in the UK!
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
- Your focus is to ensure that we deliver high quality throughout our network to all our passengers and are the preferred travel option in the UK.
- You will contribute to ensuring that we have scalable operations by building and managing processes, governance and policies.
- You will build strong and positive relations with our partner operators ensuring they have a great experience with Flixbus while supporting them in delivering high quality.
- You will analyse operators’ punctuality and work together with them and our network planning team to ensure a high level of service to passengers.
- You will work with our partner operators to guarantee that the vehicles on our network correspond to our customer promise.
- You will work with our partner operators to make sure that they have a solid cleaning regime in place for the vehicles ensuring that passengers are having a great experience onboard.
- You will support partner operators in their driver training to make sure they contribute to passenger having a great Flix-experience. Drivers are the face of the brand and a key component in the passenger experience.
- You will help to onboard new partner operators to make sure we are able to deliver on the strong growth that we are targeting for the next three years.
- You will work with partner operators, bus stations, network planning and other stakeholders to ensure smooth timetable changes.
- You will ensure your partner operators deliver a high quality and reliable service and take responsibility for improvement plans where necessary.
- You will need to solve the day-to-day challenges that arise in a 24/7 transportation operations.
- You will leverage the large datasets that we generate to identify trends and opportunities to constantly improve the passenger experience.
- You will collaborate with bus stations, local authorities and other external stakeholders to enable us to grow and build the UKs biggest intercity coach network.
- You work closely with Traffic Control & Customer Services to ensure our customer facing processes and policies support our growth as the UKs favourite long distance journey provider.
- You play a key role in the implementation of our global safety standards and audit procedures.
