A small, senior-led London team doing good work for UK businesses since 2012. We hire for craft, ownership and good judgement. The people you work with day to day are the ones actually shipping the product. We are a senior-led team based at our Mayfair studio, a short walk from Green Park. If you take pride in your craft and like working close to the customer, you’ll feel at home here.
Senior people, real ownership
You’ll own meaningful pieces of work from the first week, with senior teammates close by when you need a sounding board. No babysitting, no busywork.
London studio, sensible hours
Our base is in Mayfair, a short walk from Green Park. Office-first culture with room to work from home when the day calls for it.
Variety of work
A mix of projects across web, mobile and bespoke software for UK clients in healthcare, finance, retail, charity and more. You’ll rarely have a dull week.
Room to grow
Honest feedback, time for learning, and a clear path to take on more responsibility. We invest in people who want to invest in their craft.
Open roles
- Three positions, in and around London
- All based at our Mayfair studio, full time, with the right to work in the UK.
Business Development Executive
Full time, Mayfair studio. You’ll help grow our UK client base: finding and qualifying the right prospects, owning the early conversations, and handing a clean brief to the delivery team. We’re looking for two or more years in a B2B sales or BD role, ideally within tech, agency or software services. You’ll be confident on a call, tidy with a CRM, and based within a comfortable commute of central London.
You’ll run a small portfolio of client projects across web, mobile and bespoke software. Day to day you’ll keep scope, timelines and quality on track, run weekly client reviews, and look after the engineers and designers on either side of the work. We need three or more years managing digital projects, comfort with both Agile and fixed-scope delivery, and clear written English.
You’ll design and ship practical AI features inside client products: LLM integrations, retrieval pipelines, evaluation harnesses and the backend plumbing that turns a clever prototype into something a customer can rely on. Solid Python, hands-on experience with modern LLM tooling, and an eye for what’s actually useful versus what only looks good in a demo.
All positions are based at our studio at 12 Old Bond Street, Mayfair, London W1S 4PW. Candidates should live in or around London for ease of studio attendance. These roles require the existing right to work in the UK; we are not in a position to sponsor new visas at the moment.

For a full-time software engineering role, it's crucial that we stay sharp with our coding abilities. Expect technical questions that might involve solving problems on the spot or discussing algorithms. Practise on platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank to get comfortable with the types of questions that often come up.
✨Know Your Tools and Frameworks
