We are working with a leading investment firm seeking a professional to support fundraising and investor relations activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and update marketing materials for fund launches (teasers, pitch decks, PPMs, DDQs)
- Coordinate responses to DDQs and RFPs for existing and prospective investors
- Manage datarooms and document repositories
- Analyse fund and portfolio data for marketing and quantitative DDQs
- Support cross‑functional initiatives, including ESG topics
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Finance or a related field
- 2-4 years’ experience in financial services or consulting, ideally with Private Equity exposure
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills (data/programming a plus)
- Fluent in English and French
- Discretionary depending on experience
