The Role
- They are seeking an ambitious Relationship Manager to join the expanding team in a true business development-focused role.
- This is a sales position, focused on building strong relationships, sourcing new business, and driving deal flow across your region.
- You will play a key role in expanding the company’s presence across the Midlands and/or the North, with a particular focus on leveraging existing connections and developing new broker and intermediary relationships across set geographies.
- Be on the road 2–3 days per week.
- Build and manage strong broker relationships across your territory.
- Generate consistent deal flow and hit monthly/quarterly targets.
- Operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Represent the brand at a senior level in market.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven background in buy-to-let and/or bridging finance.
