The Role

  • They are seeking an ambitious Relationship Manager to join the expanding team in a true business development-focused role.
  • This is a sales position, focused on building strong relationships, sourcing new business, and driving deal flow across your region.
  • You will play a key role in expanding the company’s presence across the Midlands and/or the North, with a particular focus on leveraging existing connections and developing new broker and intermediary relationships across set geographies.
  • Be on the road 2–3 days per week.
  • Build and manage strong broker relationships across your territory.
  • Generate consistent deal flow and hit monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Represent the brand at a senior level in market.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven background in buy-to-let and/or bridging finance.
  • Strong network within the property finance or lending space (preferred).
  • Confident in a field-based, business development-led role.
  • Self-motivated, commercially driven, and target-focused.
