A boutique investment manager is seeking to hire an Operations Analyst to join its Investment platform as part of continued growth across its UK and European portfolios. With approximately €6bn AUM, the fund invests across a broad range of Infrastructure and Energy verticals. As the platform continues to scale, the firm is strengthening its operational controls, data and analytics capability to better support investment decision-making and portfolio oversight.
The successful candidate will work closely with investment professionals, building and improving operational processes that enhance analysis across new investments and existing assets.
- Operations & Data Support
- Support the day-to-day operation of data, reporting, and analytical tools used by investment teams
- Work closely with the Data Analyst to maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting processes
- Help ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across internal and external sources
- Investment Team Support
- Partner with investment professionals to support deal activity and portfolio monitoring from an operational perspective
- Act as a link between investment teams and data specialists, translating business needs into data requirements
- Support ad-hoc analysis for investment committees and portfolio reviews
- Reporting & Controls
- Support reporting across portfolio performance, risk, and governance
- Assist with recurring report production, validation, and process improvement
- Continuously refine reporting outputs based on stakeholder feedback
- Sector & Market Support
- Assist with sector analysis, market mapping, and benchmarking across infrastructure and energy
