We are partnering with a leading global investment firm to hire a Finance Director for its growing European finance team based in London. Drawing on long-term capital, operational experience, and a global platform, the firm supports investments across Growth Equity, Credit, Climate, and Sustainable Infrastructure. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified finance professional to play a key role in corporate accounting, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and audit management within a fast-paced international investment environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead statutory and consolidated financial reporting
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
- Manage regulatory filings and compliance
- Strengthen internal controls and accounting processes
- Partner with Tax, Legal, Compliance, and Finance teams across Europe
Requirements:
- Strong corporate accounting experience
- Background in private equity, asset management, or financial services
- Excellent IFRS knowledge (Lux GAAP and US GAAP are advantageous)
- Experience with regulated entities and statutory reporting
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Compensation Package:
- Bonus: 25%-40%
- Pension contribution: 15% employer contribution
