Flisher + Partners is supporting a well-backed renewable energy platform with the appointment of an Investment Associate to join its Corporate Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2-4 years' experience in M&A, transaction services or corporate finance who wants exposure to acquisitions and divestments across utility-scale renewable energy and infrastructure projects. The role will focus heavily on transaction execution across solar, BESS and wider energy transition assets, supporting deals from origination through to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting buy-side and sell-side M&A processes
- Financial modelling, valuation and investment analysis
- Managing due diligence workstreams and external advisors
- Coordinating transaction processes and data rooms
- Preparing investment papers, presentations and market analysis
We are particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have:
- Strong M&A or transaction execution exposure
- Analyst-level experience
- Exposure to energy, infrastructure or renewable energy sectors
- Strong commercial and analytical capability
Salary Range: Β£75,000 - Β£90,000
Bonus 20-60% depending on performance
