An mid-market investment bank with a strong and growing Real Assets platform is hiring at the Associate and Senior Associate level to strengthen its steadily expanding London-based Debt Advisory team. This is a standout opportunity to become part of a high-performing, expanding team. You’ll play a key role in supporting growth initiatives and delivering tailored financing solutions to a diverse client base across the UK and Europe.
As part of a high performing team, you will advise on a broad range of real estate financing strategies. This position offers early responsibility, direct client exposure, and the opportunity to contribute to the continued scaling of the platform. You will gain exposure to complex, high-quality transactions across Europe with clear progression opportunities as the team continues to scale.
The Role
- Advising on senior, mezzanine, whole loan, and structured debt solutions.
- Supporting origination and execution of real estate debt mandates.
- Building financial models and conducting detailed cash flow analysis.
- Structuring complex transactions across multiple asset classes.
- Preparing investment memoranda, lender presentations, and credit materials.
- Engaging directly with lenders, borrowers, and internal stakeholders.
- Assisting with strategic initiatives alongside the MD and Partner of the team.
Essential:
- Experience in real estate debt advisory, investment banking, structured finance, or a related field.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- A solid understanding of real estate markets and debt products.
- A commercial mindset and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
- Ambition to grow within a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
