We are currently hiring on behalf of a leading investment data vendor, seeking a Senior Client Implementation Manager to own end-to-end delivery of data solutions for large institutional clients. You’ll be the key point of contact from onboarding through go-live, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional client satisfaction. This is a high-profile role within a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is ideal for someone with strong technical delivery experience and excellent stakeholder management skills.
What You’ll Do
- Lead full lifecycle implementation of investment data solutions for major clients
- Manage requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live activities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support
- Drive project plans, track milestones, and manage risk and issue resolution
- Ensure data quality, delivery standards, and client expectations are met
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong long-term relationships
- Provide training and handover to support teams post-implementation
- Continually improve implementation processes and best practices
