We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join a leading investment bank within its Structured Finance and Project Finance team. The role focuses on debt finance origination and structuring across the fast-growing digital infrastructure sector, with a particular emphasis on data centres. You will play a key role in originating and executing complex financing solutions for large-scale infrastructure and technology-enabled assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate and structure debt financing solutions across digital infrastructure (data centres, connectivity, and related assets)
- Lead execution of project finance and structured finance transactions
- Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors, developers, infrastructure funds, and lenders
- Lead financial modelling, credit analysis, and transaction structuring
- Oversee deal execution from origination through to financial close
- Prepare credit papers, investment materials, and client presentations
- Monitor market trends across digital infrastructure and project finance markets
Qualifications
- Significant experience in project finance, structured finance, or infrastructure banking
- Strong track record in debt origination and transaction execution
- Deep understanding of infrastructure or digital infrastructure sectors (data centres preferred)
