What you'll be involved in:

  • Receive components against purchase and works orders and accurately record transactions within the ERP system.
  • Verify supplier documentation and check received materials for quality and quantity compliance.
  • Ensure all materials are correctly labelled, stored, and maintained in accordance with company procedures.
  • Action stock requisitions and issue components to production via the ERP system.
  • Pick and kit components in line with manufacturing orders and job lists.
  • Maintain accurate inventory, WIP, and stock movement records.
  • Perform routine stock checks and participate in bi-annual physical stock takes.
  • Liaise effectively with Planning, Purchasing, Production, and Quality teams to support operational requirements.
  • Support purchase order processing, including requisitions, releases, and supplier communications (expediting and status queries).
  • Support continuous improvement, quality standards, and safe working practices.
  • Prepare, pack, and ship products to a global customer base in compliance with company policies and legislative requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
  • Provide flexible support to the wider supply chain function as required.
