Teledyne Energetics UK is looking for a Programme Compliance Engineer to ensure technical programmes and assets conform to the latest standards. The role involves analyzing technical documentation, maintaining compliance matrices, and acting as the bridge between internal development and client requirements. Candidates will work under the guidance of a senior compliance manager and will have opportunities for career progression.

Responsibilities

  • Review client Statements of Work and Technical Requirement Specifications, generating concise scopes of compliance targets.
  • Compile and maintain compliance matrices throughout the lifecycle of projects and programmes, liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure agreement.
  • Stay current with the latest industry compliance and safety requirements, coordinating with government officials for updated standards.
  • Identify project demands, resolve uncertainties through compliance and safety assessment for programme risk reduction.
  • Assist in reviewing and presenting product assurance for milestone delivery.
  • Support the effective transfer of new products into steady-state manufacturing.
  • Support ongoing asset lifecycles.

Requirements

  • A relevant technical-focused degree (Scientific, Engineering, Mathematics). 1–2 years of industry experience preferred.
  • Technically oriented individual with a high aptitude for detail.
  • Demonstrated experience in literature reviews and complex report preparation and delivery.
  • Knowledge of STANAG, MIL-STD or AOP desirable.
  • Appetite for learning and career progression.
