Teledyne e2v seeks an experienced Contracts Manager to support our Space Imaging business. The role will be based in Essex, UK, with hybrid (office/remote) working arrangements considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex contract negotiations with international customers.
- Review, draft, and finalize standard and non‑standard contractual agreements.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and mitigate commercial risk.
- Provide expert advice on contract law and commercial terms.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support strategic business objectives.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce exposure.
- Maintain strong relationships with global stakeholders and customers.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a business or commercial role with contract management responsibilities.
- Ability to work confidently with both standard and bespoke contractual clauses.
- Demonstrated success in leading contract negotiations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Solid knowledge of contract law and its practical application.
- Competence in drafting and reviewing complex contracts.
Desirable Skills
- Law degree or equivalent legal qualification.
