The role involves designing RF circuits and systems for applications ranging from 500MHz to 40GHz in a team that drives product development from concept to production.
Responsibilities
- Design RF components, systems and multi‑function assemblies—including converters, transceivers, frequency‑measurement systems, VCOs, synthesizers, detectors, log / video amplifiers, limiters, switches, low‑noise amplifiers.
- Provide technical input to related disciplines to ensure complete project integration.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to support customer visits and deliver product expertise.
- Define and plan product development projects, translate customer requirements into engineering tasks, and manage the project lifecycle.
- Maintain design visibility, conduct reviews, and ensure delivered designs meet requirements, cost objectives, and quality targets.
- Lead research into emerging technologies and contribute to the company roadmap.
- Facilitate technical discussion and broad communication of new ideas.
Qualifications
- Accomplished Electronics Design Engineer with strong physics/mathematics background and solid RF circuit knowledge.
- Experience with RF design techniques and tools such as CST, HFSS, Microwave Office, ADS.
- Demonstrated technical leadership on engineering projects and ability to transfer products to production.
- Understanding of mechanical design, mechanical integration, and production preparation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
- Security clearance to SC level.
