Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support across the Workday platform, including issue resolution, user support, research, and training activities.
- Support system configuration changes, business process improvements, and large‑scale employee data updates.
- Conduct detailed audits, reconciliations, and data‑integrity checks to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency across systems.
- Build Workday reports including sophisticated reports, matrix reports, and dashboards.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to improve system utilisation and automate processes.
- Train end users on new processes/features, develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation.
- Support and mentor other team members, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards across all regions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience working within HRIS, HR systems, or HR technology support environment.
- Strong hands‑on experience supporting and configuring Workday HCM.
- Good understanding of HR processes, systems, and operational workflows.
- Experience supporting system upgrades, configuration changes, testing, and continuous improvement activity.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Excellent data analysis and reporting capability, including strong Excel skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with integrations and data loads (EIB, Core Connectors, APIs) preferred.
- Strong organisational, planning, and project‑management skills with a structured and results‑driven approach.
- Ability to balance multiple projects and changing priorities in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- Familiarity with GDPR and audit requirements.
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with IT, Finance, and other departments.
- Experience supporting a complex, international organization.
- Must work well independently with minimal direction, but also enjoy working as part of a global team.
