Flipstock is growing and I am looking for the first Commercial Executive to join the business. Flipstock connects trusted car dealers and traders across the UK, helping vehicles move quickly through a professional network using modern communication channels like phone, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and CRM technology. Founded in 2023, the business has grown quickly and we’re building a reputation for fast, honest, and straightforward trade deals. This role will work directly with me as the founder, helping grow the network and drive vehicle sales across the UK motor trade.
The Role
- Commercial Executive – Automotive Trade
- Location: Leeds (Office Based)
- Salary: £28,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £45,000+)
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday (Early Finish on Fridays)
Although Flipstock operates online, success in this role comes from building strong relationships and being proactive. You’ll be speaking with dealers daily, helping vehicles move quickly through the network using a mix of:
- Phone
- Social media
This is a modern automotive sales role where communication happens across multiple channels and relationships are key. As one of the first hires in the business, you’ll play a big part in shaping how the company grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Selling trade vehicles to dealers across the UK
- Building strong relationships with buyers in the network
- Promoting vehicles through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
- Negotiating deals and confirming sales
- Helping manage deals through to collection
- Tracking activity and opportunities within the CRM
- Supporting the continued growth of Flipstock’s dealer network
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a motivated commercial person who wants to grow with a startup business. The ideal candidate will be:
- Confident speaking on the phone and making proactive outreach
- Comfortable appearing in short social media videos
- Passionate about cars and the motor trade
- Positive, energetic, and motivated by results
- Comfortable using modern communication channels
- Someone who enjoys building relationships and working in a friendly environment
Motor trade experience is helpful, but attitude, personality, and drive matter far more.
Earnings
- £28,000 Basic Salary
