We are the creators of Flipper Zero — a portable device for tech enthusiasts and engineers. It’s a gadget with an awesome community that brings together millions of people around the world.

We are currently developing a new product — the BUSY Bar productivity multi-tool. It’s a smart device that helps you stay focused and minimize distractions.

To grow on global marketplaces, we’re looking for an E-commerce Manager (Amazon). You’ll be the key person responsible for building and maintaining our presence on Amazon — from product listings and marketing campaigns to stock management and profitability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience managing Amazon accounts and sales
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in P&L analysis
  • Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and marketplace mechanics
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (SEO for listings, PPC campaigns, promotions)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self‑organization and ability to work cross‑functionally with marketing and logistics teams
  • Proven track record of scaling sales on Amazon in international markets
  • Experience with on‑platform promotion on Amazon (ads, deals, coupons) and routine analytics; ability to set up and manage logistics processes

  • Maximizing the revenue and profitability of the Amazon sales channel

  • Experience working with consumer electronics or gadgets
  • Experience with other international platforms (AliExpress, Joom, etc.)

Your responsibilities

  • Maintaining and improving our listings on Amazon
  • Launching products on marketplaces according to their requirements and updating listings
  • Collaborating with the marketing and web development departments to improve conversion rates
  • Planning and executing on‑platform promotion inside Amazon and optimizing campaigns to meet targets
  • Conducting routine analytics and reporting, and proposing actions
  • Setting up and managing logistics processes, coordinating inbound logistics with suppliers/freight; resolving defects/chargebacks
