We are looking for fast-paced, charismatic Café Team Members to join our team. You should have some kitchen/back of house experience.
As a Café Team Member, you will be working in our Diner preparing and serving food & beverages to our guests. Reporting to the F&B Manager, your typical daily duties will include the following:
- Provide an outstanding service to each and every guest
- Prepare and serve food for guests - we have a variety of treats on offer from crisps to pizzas.
- Making and serving drinks - we have a wide range of drinks from slushies to hot chocolates!
- Processing transactions (cash and card)
- Assisting with F&B for each of our group party bookings including delivering items to the party rooms.
- Maintaining high food safety and cleanliness standards - back and front of house
- Maintaining all health & safety within the diner
- Carrying out Opening and Closing procedures
- Assisting with restocking and stock rotation
- Interaction is key - whether you are serving at the tills or cleaning up a spill, there is always a chance to speak to every guest.

Experience / Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience working in a food and beverage capacity - back of house/kitchen experience would be a huge plus
- Level 2 or 3 Food Safety (would be a huge plus but not essential)
Working Conditions:
We are looking for team members to join us on a zero hour contract covering weekdays and weekends. You must have full availability on both Saturday & Sunday. We have shift availability from 8am-10pm everyday of the week including bank holidays.
Rates of Pay & Benefits:
- 16-17 year olds - £8.00 per hour
- 18-20 year olds - £10.85 per hour
- 21 year olds + - £12.71 per hour
