About this role…
In this job, you’ll:
- Manage a pipeline of qualified leads, building and nurturing relationships with potential clients.
- Identify and understand users’ pain points to propose Flipdish solutions and own the full sales cycle, from initial engagement through to closing, including business case development and commercial negotiations.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and sales presentations to effectively showcase Flipdish\’s solutions.
- Communicate the unique value proposition of our products, address any concerns or objections, and handle competitive questions with a deep understanding of the industry.
- Liaise with Product and Marketing teams to stay updated on new features and product launches.
- Maintain accurate records and manage pipeline data in our CRM system.
- Proven experience in sales with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of building rapport and maintaining strong relationships with prospects.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a goal-oriented mindset, with a track record of hitting sales targets.
- An enthusiastic interest in sales, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- Proficiency in negotiation and persuasion, with the ability to handle contract terms and close deals effectively.
- Experience in managing CRM systems and maintaining accurate pipeline data.
