As a Team Member at Flip Out Glasgow, you’ll play a key part in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests! We have a variety of roles available within our fun, fast-paced environment, including :
- Court Monitors – You’ll be out on the soft play and activity areas, keeping guests safe, engaged, and having fun while ensuring all equipment is used correctly.
- Reception Team Members – You’ll be the first friendly face our guests meet! From welcoming customers and checking bookings to helping with queries and ensuring a smooth arrival experience.
- Café Team Members – You’ll work in our on-site diner, serving food and drinks with great customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guests enjoy a tasty break from-color.

Job Overview

As a Team Member, your number one priority will be delivering exceptional customer service—making sure every guest feels welcome, safe, and ready for fun from the moment they arrive.
You’ll help create an energetic, positive atmosphere where guests can’t help but feed off your infectious personality.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome every guest into the park with passion, professionalism, and enthusiasm—from the moment they walk through the door to the moment they leave.
- Process transactions (cash and card).
- Conduct and engage guests in safety briefings.
- Be the first point of contact for any accidents or incidents that occur in your area of work.
- Uphold our park rules at all times.
- Follow all Flip Out regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Report maintenance issues immediately to your Court Supervisor.
- Escalate any complaints to your Shift Manager swiftly and professionally.
- Maintain exceptional housekeeping standards in all areas of the park (not just the arena).
- Interact with guests at every opportunity—from a simple smile to a big high‑five!

Working Conditions
We’re looking for part‑time and full‑time team members to join us on zero‑hour contracts, covering weekdays and weekends.
