Right now, we have an exciting opportunity for Reception Team Members who will be the first friendly face our guests see when they arrive. You’ll be welcoming everyone with a big smile and setting the tone for their entire adventure!
Job Overview
At Flip Out UK, our guests are at the heart of everything we do. As a Team Member, your number one priority will be delivering exceptional customer service—making sure every guest feels welcome, safe, and ready for fun from the moment they arrive.
You’ll help create an energetic, positive atmosphere where guests can’t help but feed off your infectious personality. With your warm welcome and attention to detail, you\’ll help make every visit unforgettable—one guest at a time!
Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcoming each and every guest into our park with absolute passion, professionalism and enthusiasm. From the moment they walk through the door, throughout their visit, to when they head back home.
- Processing transactions (Cash & Card)
- Conducting and engaging our guests in their safety briefing
- Be the first point of contact for any accidents/incidents that may occur in your area of work
- Uphold our park rules at all times
- Follow all of Flip Out’s regulations/policies and procedures
- Report maintenance issues immediately to your Court Supervisor
- Escalate any complaints to your Shift Manager, swiftly and professionally
- Maintain exceptional housekeeping at all times in every area of the park (not just the arena)
- Interaction is the absolute key to creating unforgettable experiences one guest at a time and you will interact with all our guests from a simple smile to a great big high five!

Working Conditions
We are looking for part-time and full-time team members to join us on a zero hour contract covering weekdays and weekends. We have shift availability from 8am-10pm everyday and we work 6 or 8 hour shifts per day.
Rates of Pay & Benefits
Up to £12.21
