We are Flip Out UK, the UKs biggest and best adventure park brand! We are now recruiting for a bubbly, personable and engaging Receptionist to join our team.
As a receptionist, you will often be the first person that our guests meet. Guests will have various ways of joining us, whether they’ve booked online, on the phone or simply popped in to play for an hour. You will need to adapt to their circumstances to offer the best service! We believe that every guest that joins us should receive outstanding service. You will create an environment where our guests thrive on your incredible personality and sense of creating unforgettable experiences one guest at a time. You will ensure our guests' health, safety & wellbeing are kept in the highest regard at all times.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcoming each and every guest into our park with absolute passion, professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Check in each guest professionally and swiftly, ensuring you have delivered all the criteria set out in your training and induction.
- Ensure every guest has completed a waiver before they use the park.
- Cash & card handling.
- Conducting and engaging our guests in their safety briefing following your training and induction.
- Ensure excellent standards of housekeeping are maintained at all times.
- Be the first point of contact for any accidents/incidents that may occur in your area of work.
- Follow all working regulations as set out in the company's employee handbook and specific reception regulations.
- Report maintenance issues immediately to the court supervisor.
- Escalate any complaints to your Shift Manager swiftly and professionally.
- Maintain exceptional housekeeping at all times in every area of the park.
- Interact with all our guests from a simple smile to a great big high five!
- Cover other areas of the park including arena, parties and diner when required.

Working Conditions: We are looking for Receptionists to join us on a zero-hour contract covering weekdays, weekends and school holidays.
Rates of Pay & Benefits:
- 16-17 year olds - £8.00 per hour
- 18-20 year olds - £10.85 per hour
- 21 year olds - £12.71 per hour
