You will ensure our guests' Health, Safety & Wellbeing are kept in the highest regard at all times and create an environment where our guests thrive on your incredible personality and sense of Creating Unforgettable Experiences One Guest at a Time!
Duties and Responsibilities
- Be the face of Flip Out! Welcoming each and every party guest into our park with absolute passion, professionalism and enthusiasm.
- You will be leading our parties!
- Create fun and engaging party games for our children’s parties.
- Ensure strict timekeeping - 1 hour in the park, 1 hour in the party room for each party with usually quick turnaround times before the next party group attends.
- Conducting and engaging our guests in their safety briefing following on from your training and induction.
- Ensure excellent standards of housekeeping are maintained at all times.
- Be the first point of contact for any accidents/incidents that may occur in your area of work.
- Uphold our park rules at all times.
- Follow all working regulations as set out in the company's employee handbook and where relevant specific reception regulations.
- Report maintenance issues immediately to your court supervisor.
- Escalate any complaints to your Shift Manager swiftly and professionally.
- Interaction is the absolute key to creating unforgettable experiences one guest at a time and you will interact with all our guests from a simple smile to a great big high five!

Working Conditions
We are looking for part-time and full-time team members to join us on a zero hour contract covering weekdays and weekends. We have shift availability from 8am-10pm every day and we work 6 or 8 hour shifts per day.
Rates of Pay & Benefits
- 16-17 year olds - £8.00 per hour
- 18-20 year olds - £10.85 per hour
- 21 year olds - £12.71 per hour
