Flip Out management roles in parks are:

  • General Manager
  • Assistant General Manager
  • F&B Manager
  • Duty Manager

Experience Requirements:

  • General Managers: a minimum of 2 years leisure general management experience or extensive AGM Leisure experience ready for the next step in your career.
  • Assistant General Managers: a minimum of 2 years management experience in retail, hospitality or preferably leisure.
  • F&B Managers: 2 years management or chef experience within hospitality/F&B - such as hotels, pubs, fast food, restaurants etc.
  • Duty Managers: either extensive leisure experience at any level, or supervisory level or above, in retail or hospitality.
