Role Description
This is a full-time or flexible on-site role based in Grays for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the adventure park, ensuring all activities run smoothly and safely. Key responsibilities include team management, customer service, scheduling, inventory control, and implementing safety protocols. The Operations Manager will also coordinate with the leadership team to organize staff, manage all departments, and support management development.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing teams and scheduling
- Confident presence on the floor and excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in inventory control and supply management
- Ability to develop and implement safety protocols
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry is a plus
