Fleet Manager
to
lead and develop
our fleet service, overseeing more than 400 vehicles and plant assets across the County. In this influential leadership role, you'll lead fleet strategy, procurement, contract and workshop management, ensuring compliance, operational resilience and value for money. As the jointly named Transport Manager on the Council's Operator's Licence, you'll provide professional leadership and ensure all legal obligations are met. Working with managers, suppliers and stakeholders, you'll lead a skilled team, drive service improvement and shape the future of the Council's fleet operations. Using your Transport Manager CPC qualification, leadership capability and technical expertise, you'll help deliver safe, reliable and efficient services for our communities.
