We are seeking a Fleet Resilience and Compliance Manager to support the Operator Licence holder in ensuring our fleet meets all legal, safety, and environmental requirements, while maintaining the resilience needed to deliver essential services.
You will coordinate DVSA and Operator Licence compliance, lead audits and inspections, and ensure standards are consistently achieved. The role also covers oversight of fleet systems, procurement support, and providing expert advice on regulatory changes.
Working closely with the Fleet Manager, you will maintain operational readiness, manage risk, and ensure continuity of service during incidents or disruptions. You will supervise and support the Fleet Support Officers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and a safety-first culture.
Applicants should have proven fleet compliance management experience, strong leadership skills and proficiency in using fleet management systems, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office, along with the ability to present information clearly to a range of audiences.
