The Council is looking for someone who can support and enhance the Performance and Risk Management Team; a Performance and Risk Team Leader, with Business Planning, Performance, Risk Management and Corporate Governance experience gained across the public or private sector.
Well-developed communication, interpersonal and influencing skills are essential. Our successful candidate will have experience and proven ability to drive change, use of performance and risk management integrated software, assist in delivering a planned programme of work and working with external regulators.
Candidates will be educated to degree level or hold an advanced professional qualification in a relevant specialist discipline, demonstrating continued professional / management development.
This is a full time, permanent position. Location: Ewloe, Flintshire with Hybrid Working. There are a number of policies which fully support agile and flexible working arrangements.
