Flintridge Resources is looking for a competent and enthusiastic Junior or Graduate Civil Engineer to fill the role of Junior Surface Engineer. You will be joining a small team of skilled individuals where you will assist the other members of the mine technical team with the planning and construction of surface works and facilities, surveying, and environmental data collection and compliance. The Junior Surface Engineer will function as part of the team to ensure that collective goals are met, and standards maintained. As part of a small team, you will have the opportunity to gain a wide variety of experience and the support to work towards professional accreditation.
Job Requirements:
- A recognised BSc, MSc, or equivalent in Civil Engineering or related subject.
- Right to work within the UK.
- Full UK driver’s license (preferably clean) and own transport.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Willingness to join site mine rescue team.
- Experience with CAD and/or GIS software.
- Experience using survey equipment.
The Junior Surface Engineer must abide by the site’s health, safety and environment rules and follow all risk assessment, policy and procedures.
