The Network Transport Engineer will support, operate, and maintain IP transport networks using Cisco and Juniper routing and switching technologies. The role focuses on ensuring reliable, secure, and high-performance network infrastructure across core, aggregation, and access layers.
Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco and Juniper routing and switching platforms
- Support core, aggregation, and edge network environments
- Perform network upgrades, migrations, and software life cycle management
- Monitor performance, availability, and capacity of transport networks
- Implement and support secure access and authentication services
- Participate in incident resolution, maintenance windows, and change management
